We purchase the home, and make it available to you on a rent to own basis. Your commitiment is to lease the home for a period of 24 to 36 months, during which time you have the opportunity to repair any credit issues.
Anytime during the lease period, you have the option to purchase the home using the lender of your choice.
How to Qualify For This Program
To qualify for this program you must have a deposit that is equal to 5% of the price of the home. This deposit will go towards the Purchase Price when you eventually buy the property.
